Aged beef

    Aged beef steaks made from the highest quality meat produced by Lithuanian farmers. 

    There are two types of beef aging processes: dry - when the meat is left in a cool and quiet place for 32 days, everyday becoming richer and richer in taste, and wet, when it ages in vacuum, which contains its natural fluids and doesn‘t let the meat to “breath“, resulting in it becoming especially juicy.

    Aging does not only give great softness to the beef texture and allow its exceptional taste to fully reveal itself, but also significantlly shortens its preparation time, thereby making it extremely easy to enjoy.
