Brussels sprout and meatball soup

You'll need: 
  • 300g Biovela Mom’s fried meatballs or chicken fillet nuggets; 
  • 2l meat stock;
  • 300g Brussels sprouts;
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped;
  • Salt, pepper and marjoram
  • Cook the sprouts in stock. 

  • 10 – 15 minutes before the sprouts are ready, add Biovela Mom’s fried meatballs and continue cooking.

  • Finally, sprinkle over with parsley and marjoram and season with salt and pepper.
