Soft-ripened cheese potatoes

You'll need: 
  • 80ml soured cream;
  • 25g soft-ripened cheese;
  • Boiled potatoes;
  • ½ tbsp butter;
  • ½ tbsp caraway seeds.
  • Boil potatoes with jackets. Leave to cool, then peel and slice.

  • Mix grated cheese with soured cream, season with caraway seeds.

  • Tip the potatoes into a baking dish, pour over the cheese and soured cream mixture and put in the oven heated to 220 °C for 15 mins.

  • Serve with Biovela Mom’s fried patties or chicken fillet nuggets.
