Nutmeg-flavoured potato mash

You'll need: 
  • Potatoes;
  • 200ml milk;
  • 1 tbsp butter;
  • 2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs;
  • Parsley, chopped;
  • Chives, dill and onion, chopped;
  • A grating of nutmeg;
  • Salt.
  • Boil the potatoes. Heat the milk adding a grating of nutmeg, salt and butter. Mash the potatoes, pouring in the hot milk a small amount at a time.

  • Stir everything to combine. You can enrich the mash with fried breadcrumbs, greens or sliced and sautéed onion to your liking.
