Pasta with meatballs

You'll need:
  • 300g Biovela Mom’s fried meatballs;
  • 500g your favourite pasta;
  • 150ml beef stock;
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes;
  • 90g tomato purée;
  • 150ml dry red wine;
  • 2 celery stalks;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 1 tbsp flour;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 3 tbsp oil;
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Fry the onions and celery in oil for 5 mins.

  • Stirring constantly, add the chopped garlic, tomato purée and canned tomatoes. Sprinkle over the flour and fry for another minute. 

  • Add the stock and wine and mix well. Arrange Biovela Mom’s fried meatballs on top and season with salt and pepper. 

  • Cook over a low heat stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.

  • Cook your favourite pasta and top with the meatball sauce.
