Grilled patties with bacon and rosemary

You'll need:
  • 300g Biovela Mom’s fried patties;
  • 200g thinly sliced bacon rashers;
  • 80g spicy soft blue cheese;
  • 30g butter;
  • 1 clove garlic;
  • 1 tbsp olive oil;
  • Rosemary sprigs;
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Season the fresh bacon with freshly ground black pepper and grated garlic. 

  • Wrap Biovela Mom’s fried meatballs in bacon rashers and tie around with a rosemary sprig. 

  • Drizzle with oil and grill for a few minutes, turning frequently. 

  • Mash the cheese with the butter and place on each meatball with a teaspoon. Keep warm to melt a bit.

  • Serve with grilled tomatoes.
