Grilled kebabs

You'll need:
  • 300g Biovela Mom’s fried meatballs;
  • 2 hot-smoked sausages;
  • Small champignons;
  • Medium onions;
  • 8 grape tomatoes;
  • Red, yellow and green sweet pepper, one of each;
  • 1 medium leek;
  • Sage leaves;
  • Some oil;
  • Salt and chilli powder.
  • Thread the meatballs, halved onions and tomatoes, sausage slices and pieces of leeks and sweet peppers interchangeably onto the skewer. 

  • Drizzle the kebab with oil and grill for 5 mins. Decorate with sage, basil leaves of parsley before serving.

  • For a more original flavour, thread the meatballs interchangeably with apple slices wrapped in bacon rashers.
