You'll need:
- 300g Biovela Mom’s fried meatballs or patties;
- 500ml milk or meat stock;
- 30g flour;
- 40g butter;
- 1 cabbage;
- 1 tsp unsweetened condensed milk;
- Salt and white pepper.
- Nutmeg.

Parboil the cabbage in salted water, adding sugar and a drop of vinegar.

Roll a Biovela meatball or patty in each cabbage leaf.

Line a greased baking dish with tomato slices, arrange the cabbage rolls on top and cover with one more layer of tomato slices.

Pour over the Béchamel sauce made from butter, flour and milk and season with a few gratings of nutmeg.

Cook in the oven for 25 mins. Tomatoes can be easily replaced with a tomato sauce and single cream dressing.
The dish goes best with boiled potatoes when hot and with our sauces when cold.
