Biovela Utenos mėsa

French patties

You'll need:
  • 300g Biovela Mom’s fried patties or meatballs;
  • 200g hard cheese;
  • 40g butter;
  • Some medium onions;
  • Some medium parboiled potatoes;
  • Salt, black pepper and paprika.
  • Stir fry the chopped onions with butter and flour until golden brown and transparent. 

  • In the same pan, fry the diced parboiled potatoes. 

  • Season with salt and pepper and stir through the fried onions. 

  • Tip the mixture into a greased baking dish and arrange the meatballs on top. 

  • Sprinkle with cheese before roasting in the oven for 10 mins.

  • Season with paprika before serving.
